Pump Street Chocolate’s mini bars represent the evolution of our bar format. Whereas the 70g bars are made to be tasted, enjoyed and savoured over several sittings, the mini bars are crafted to be enjoyed as a single portion. Simply tear open and savour. Enjoy with a morning coffee or as an after dinner treat.

Pump Street is an award-winning bakery and Chocolate Maker in the village of Orford on Suffolk’s Heritage Coast. They produce the finest craft chocolate, sourcing cacao from the best growers who ferment and dry the beans at origin. They tailor their roasting, grinding and conching to yield the best tasting chocolate possible.

Winter Collection: Panettone 70% Mini Bar Pump Street have spent years perfecting our traditional Panettone in the bakery. It is rich, perfumed, full of candied fruit and topped with almonds and sugar crystals, and those flavours are all represented in this chocolate bar. Dark chocolate made with Grenadan cocoa beans from Crayfish Bay Organic Estate, is enriched with our own panettone, then orange peel and nibs of toasted almond and sugar are embedded in the bar. Ingredients - Cocoa beans, cane sugar, cocoa butter, panettone (9%) (wheat flour with added calcium, iron, niacin and thiamine, butter(milk), egg yolk, malt extract (gluten), honey, salt, panettone natural essence, vanilla paste, armagnac), candied orange peel, almonds & sugar crystal. Dark chocolate contains minimum cocoa solids 70%.

Winter Collection: Gingerbread 62% Mini Bar Pump Street Chocolates Gingerbread bar is made with their freshly baked gingerbread cookies, one of our seasonal staples. Spiced not just with ginger but cinnamon and cardamom too, when combined with West Papua cocoa they produce a chocolate with a rich and deep seasonal flavour and a lasting toasty finish. Ingredients - Cocoa beans, cane sugar, cocoa butter, gingerbread (12%) (wheat flour with added calcium, iron, niacin and thiamine, butter (milk), sugar, eggs, black treacle, ginger, cinnamon, cardamom, baking powder, salt). Winter Collection: Maple Pecan 55% Mini Bar The flavours of one of Pump Street Bakery’s classics - their Canadian butter tart - shine in this bar; smoky maple syrup, shortcrust pastry and toasted pecans. It is made with milk chocolate that they make from bean to bar with beans from Hacienda Victoria in Ecuador.  To this they add crisp shortcrust pastry that is ground into the base chocolate for buttery flavour, maple sugar and small pieces of pecans caramelised with maple sugar and demerara. Perfect for anyone who loves pecan pie, or stacks of pancakes with maple syrup. Cocoa beans, cane sugar, caramelised maple pecans(17.4%) (pecans (nuts), pure maple sugar, demerara sugar), cocoa butter, skimmed milk powder, pastry (7.4%) (wheatflour with added calcium, iron, niacin and thiamine, unsalted butter (milk), eggs, icing sugar, salt). Milk chocolate contains minimum cocoa solids 55%.

Madagascar - Milk 58% Madagascar Milk 58% is a creamy, luxurious whole milk chocolate with notes of caramel and treacle and the zesty finish characteristic of Madagascan beans. It will appeal to those with a sweet tooth as well as darker chocolate devotees. Ingredients Cocoa beans, cane sugar, cocoa butter and milk powder. Milk chocolate contains minimum cocoa solids 58%. Togo - Swiss Milk 44% Two unique ingredients make this milk chocolate stand out; cocoa beans from the women-run Kekeli Cooperative in Togo, and superlative milk powder made in Switzerland from local milk. Pump Street Chocolate’s version of a Swiss Milk bar, this extra creamy chocolate has notes of baked cheesecake (right down to the biscuit base), whey caramel and warm spices. Jamaica - Bachelor's Hall Estate 75% Initially rich, a satisfying melt releases hints of sweet, juicy berries. Serendipitously for a Jamaican bar, it rounds into a distinctive honeyed rum finish. Sourdough & Salt 66% Mini Bar This chocolate is a unique combination of Pump Street’s two signature (and favourite) products: dark chocolate and sourdough. Pump Street Bakery’s sourdough crumbs and a touch of sea salt add crunch and a smooth, malty flavour to the Ecuadorian chocolate. Cocoa beans, cane sugar, cocoa butter, sourdough breadcrumbs (12%) (wheat flour with added calcium, iron, niacin and thiamine, sea salt), Halen Môn sea salt (<1%). Cookie Chip 60% Mini Bar Introducing Pump Street’s reinvented classic; the chocolate chip cookie. Pump Street cookie dough is baked to caramelized perfection, then nestled within their chocolate for an immersive cookie encounter. It's a modern take on a timeless delight, crafted to satisfy your cravings with every bite. Ingredients - Cocoa beans, cookie (26.6%) (wheat flour with added calcium, iron, niacin and thiamine, butter (milk), soft brown sugar, white sugar, eggs, baking powder, bicarbonate of soda, salt), cocoa butter, cane sugar, milk powder. Brown Bread 40% Mini Bar A delectable fusion of chunky, malty bread pieces and sweet, toffee-ish white chocolate, crafted from Pump Street’s proprietary cocoa beans from Ecuador. While it may appear brown due to the inclusion of bread, rest assured, it's a tantalizing white chocolate experience truly unlike any other. Ingredients - Cocoa butter, cane sugar, milk powder, sourdough breadcrumbs (24%) (wheat flour with added calcium, iron, niacin and thiamine, sea salt), cocoa powder & Halen Môn sea salt. We aim to make ordering from us as straightforward as possible.

Once your online transaction has been completed your order will be confirmed by email within 24 hours. If your order is placed on a Friday, or over the weekend, your item will be shipped within 3 days from the Monday.

Using Royal Mail our shipping rates are calculated based on the estimated weight and size of the items. 

You have the option of First Class Delivery (which cannot be tracked), or Tracked delivery ( to enable you to track your package through all stages of the delivery process)

UK CUSTOMERS

Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery in the UK. In most cases it will be less.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

We do ship outside of the UK and are delighted to do so, but we ask you to email, susanna@themerchantstable.co.uk, so we may give you an accurate shipping cost to your destination.

Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.

DUTIES

We recommend contacting your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.

Please be aware that your parcel can be also delayed by customs and subsequent charges can be applied. We have no control over this, and cannot supply any details why or for how long your parcel will be delayed.

If you are unhappy with our products in any way, they can be returned provided they are in saleable condition.

If you wish to return your item and receive a full refund items need to posted/couriered back to us within 7 days of being received by you.

Please note refunds to Debit/Credit Cards normally clear in 1/2 days after receipt of the returned goods.

Returns received outside the above time frame will not be accepted. For all returns you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us.

We will only accept returns provided the goods are received by us in the condition they were in when delivered to you.
