Ceramic artist Nicola first experimented with colour, three-dimensional design and detailed illustration while making extraordinary wedding cakes for clients in the 1980s. Eventually, she discovered clay and found that these same skills could effortlessly translate into her ceramic work. For the past 25 years, working from a shed in her London garden, she has been creating an eclectic mix of extravagant and functional pieces.
