Benjamin Bill and Charlie Haslam founded Bench studio in 2019. Bench Studio is a design and make practice based in East London. They create thoughtful, hand-crafted furniture using a wide range of materials.

Ben studied design at Goldsmiths University before going to the Royal School of Architecture in Copenhagan, where he trained in spatial design.

Charlie attended Bristol School of Art where he studied an art foundation. He has since garnered years of hands-on experience in furniture and cabinet-making, design, art fabrication and jewellery creation.

All of their products are made by hand and are created to be loved for many years.
