A series of works made using the remaining ash from traditional smokehouses in Suffolk.\u003c\/em\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"p1\"\u003eThe original collection created by Chloé Rosetta Bell for The Merchant’s Table looked at the people, materials and tools connected to Suffolk’s fishing and smokehouse traditions.\u003cbr\u003eLocal chef, Nicola Hordern took Chloé along the Suffolk coastline to meet fishermen and fish smokers.
