RELIC 1 is an original and unique Artwork by Amélie Crépy. Stitched fragments of natural linen are painted with hand-made oak gall ink produced from foraged oak galls to create a rich and strong abstract artwork, like a pattern dissolving.

Amélie uses natural pigments and traditional mediums. Her practice challenges the viewer to slow down, respect nature and understand the possibilities that it provides us.

Supported between two pieces of glass (front: anti-reflective and UV protective) within a natural oak frame.
