In November 2019, we welcomed Hanna and Jeremy to The Merchant's Table for a special evening...

"For the evening at TMT, Hanna and Jeremy are planning to demo and share their favourite dressings and accessories for warming winter meal with friends. They will show us how to make their favourite aioli, buttermilk dressing, hot honey, marinated feta, salsa verde and tahini sauce which will then all be used in the three course meal following the demo. The meal will include gin cured salmon, aromatic chicken, winter salad, spiced bulgur, grilled broccolini and finishing off with chocolate pots and cookies. "
